Know your journey like the back of your hand — not just what you did, but why you did it. Be honest and structured about your career moves, challenges, and aspirations.

2️⃣ Be Crystal Clear About Your Goals

“Why MBA?” “Why now?” “Why this program?”
I nailed these questions by being brutally honest with myself. Don’t give cookie-cutter answers — make them personal, specific, and compelling.

3️⃣ Prepare for Behavioral Questions

IIM interviews often include:

• “Tell me about a time you failed”

• “How do you handle conflict?”
  Use frameworks like STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to respond clearly.

4️⃣ Don’t Fake It — Own It
